Abstract
Building on a theoretical framework of the intercultural pedagogical perspective in the field of educational and linguistic-cultural inclusion, the paper focuses on the work of the Literacy centres in Italian as a second language (2L) of the Municipality of Florence, an example of local socio-pedagogical planning. It concludes with an informative note about the Agreement that brings the Florentine experience into a collaborative relationship with the world of research, represented by the Department FORLILPSI of the University of Florence.
