Abstract

This essay is the result of an international research about the formation’s process of educative jobs. There is the comparison between Italian and European contest about territorial approach in educative jobs and the author shows many interesting elements of Cuban situation that we can use also inside our contest. The first attention is about the quality of education for child-hood.
