Abstract

The present work aims to analyse the role of transversal skills, like learning outcomes in the L-19 - Class of the Degrees in Education and Formation Sciences and to show how e-learning environments can develop the achievement of this type of training objectives. The objective of this work is twofold: on the one hand to hypothesise common and transferable knowledge of educators and trainers; on the other to reflect on the university innovation through a profound rethinking of the teaching-learning process. As an example it is showed the educational model adopted in an e-learning university and how it can contribute to the development of transversal skills in the General Psychology course in the study class L19.
