Il riuso degli immobili a destinazione produttiva dismessi: Il ruolo dei crediti edilizi da rinaturalizzazione istituiti dalla legge Veneto 2050

Abstract

The abandonment of buildings for manufacturing is a relevant issue for the Veneto Region economy and territorial quality. This work analyzes the reuse of these sites and the territorial government choices by the regional authority in terms of renaturalization credits. The aim is to understand the state of the art of the reuses carried out and the effectiveness of the new regional regulations. The methodology relies on the factors enabling the redevelopment, the features of the reuse and the Veneto Region's regulations. The paper demonstrates an improvement in the regional regulatory framework towards a better environmental and territorial quality and increasing reuses practice, but insufficient to enable the reuse of old manufacturing buildings.
