La qualità del corso di lingua straniera: modello e tecniche di analisi strategica
Designing a foreign language course involves close analysis and assessment of teaching methodology. Problems need to be identified and the most appropriate solutions found for increasing procedural quality. The aim of this article is to suggest cross language teaching tools whose aim is teaching efficiency control, monitoring the participants in the L2 teaching and learning process. An organizational concept will be developed applicable to all the aspects of teaching supervision by institutional language course providers, in the conviction that teaching quality, being closely linked to organizational quality, contributes to enhancing the learning environment.
