Economia e felicità. Riflessioni sul dovere di trasformare l’economia

Abstract

The article describes the cultural, political and spiritual trends apt to promote the conditions for public happiness. In a society dominated by economy human existence suffers division, eradication and submission to the claims of global power systems, like the finance driven market. The adaptation of individuals to the induced form of life, in this society, is based on the adoption of a separation system such that each one believes to be isolated. First of all, therefore, it is necessary to develop forms of community sociability. Experiences of open and fair communities liberate people from their forced isolation. In particular, the article shows the turnabouts required for a radical transformation of economy, apt to make it more adequate in relation to the needs and aspirations of human kind.
