Abstract

The periodic recurrence of earthquakes in seismogenic areas imposes a general rethinking of this phenomenon in all its aspects and its phases, from emergency, to building reconstruction and economic and social rebirth, with the full involvement of local populations in the view objective of ‘re-inhabiting’ places.
