Abstract

La casa di Mariuccia con il cespuglio sul tetto nasce come un fungo nei prati di Bagnolo, lungo la strada che sale su in montagna dove si estrae la pietra scistosa. Ogni costruzione è intreccio di fili che giungono da lontano e da vicino. In questo frammento di terra bagnolese, i fili si annodano, si fanno radici, poi tessuto, nido, casa, ci avvolgono.

Mariuccia’s house with the bush on the roof rises like a mushroom in the fields of Bagnolo, along the road that climbs toward the mountain where schist stone is extracted. Every construction is a weft of threads that reach from faraway and near. In this fragment of Bagnolese land the threads are made into knots, roots, then into fabric, nest, house and envelop us.
