Abstract

The essay has the purpose to analyze the relationship between narration and experience, from a literary point of view. Moving from the distinction between narrator and novelist, suggested by a famous essay by Walter Benjamin, the author hypothesizes that, in the peculiar case of the literature about the ‘Shoah’, the prerogatives of both the figures are able to be overlapped
