Ar.Tec.
Ar.Tec. is the Italian Scientific Society of Architectural Engineering. Founded in 2002 as a non-profit association, it brings together scholars, researchers, and professionals working in the fields of architecture, building engineering, construction technologies, and the built environment.
Ar.Tec. promotes scientific research, cultural development, and knowledge exchange in Architectural Engineering, with particular attention to design, construction processes, building technologies, innovation, and the conservation and transformation of the built heritage.
The main objectives of Ar.Tec. are:
- to support research and innovation in the construction sector;
- to promote the dissemination of scientific knowledge within the academic, professional, and industrial communities;
- to encourage the development of research activities among its members;
- to organise scientific and cultural events, including conferences and seminars related to Architectural Engineering;
- to foster collaboration with Italian and international institutions, associations, and research networks;
- to support the education and training of future scholars and professionals.
TEMA is the official open-access scientific journal of Ar.Tec.
